The food of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula in the Caribbean is at once exotic, rustic and uncomplicated, relying only on the skill of the cook and the freshness of the ingredients rather than sauces that hide their true flavor. We feel that this food is well suited for todays lifestyle. Most meats are char-grilled and we offer a variety of low fat and other healthy selections.
